**We’re proud to include a Sensory-Friendly Hour at the start of the King of Hearts Dance! This time is reserved for members of our neurodiverse community who benefit from a calmer environment. 

 

During this hour, we’ll keep:

• Noise levels low (soft music; no loud microphone announcements)
• Lights on and steady (no flashing or strobe effects)
• Crowds minimal (to reduce sensory overload)

ANNA Autism Care provides neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based services for autistic children and their families, including compassionate developmental evaluations, center-based services using an NDBI approach, and affirming social groups. ANNA's work is grounded in partnership with families, and in the belief that every child deserves support that fosters joy, meaningful growth, and belonging.

The annual King of Hearts Family Dance returns this year! Join us with your whole family for an enjoyable evening filled with dancing, dinner, dessert, a photo booth, and a chance to win a teacher

experience in our raffle!

Each child attending the dance will receive two free raffle tickets.

Dance

This is a free community event for the entire King Community!!! The dance takes place in the gym and includes a DJ playing family appropriate music and interactive games. Each child attending the dance will receive two free raffle tickets.

 

 A pizza dinner is available for purchase online and the night of (while supplies last). If you plan on eating dinner at the event, we encourage you to pre-purchase a "meal ticket" to help us plan better. The dinner package includes two slices of cheese pizza and a drink for $5.00.

 

Get ready for an amazing time at the King of Hearts Dance! Enjoy tasty baked goods, capture memorable moments at our photo booth, and join our new fundraiser – the flower gram, a unique way to send a thoughtful message to your teacher. If you need a break from all the excitement, check out the sensory-friendly "Calm Corner" in the Art Classroom.

 

Spanish and Portuguese Translators will be available at the dance.

 Teacher Experience Raffle

This year teacher experiences will be raffled off at the dance!

 As a THANK YOU to our generous teachers and staff for donating these wonderful prizes, All money raised from the raffle goes directly toward staff appreciation events and projects. 

  

Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance or at the dance*. Each child attending the dance will receive two free raffle tickets. Tickets purchased in advance will be picked up at the dance and come prefilled with your contact information listed in the directory to save time. 

The drawing for the raffle will stream via Facebook Live on the King PTO group page

on after the dance, time TBD. Winners will also be notified.

 Flower gram

Send thanks with a Flower Gram!!! This year at the King of Hearts Dance, we'll be having a Flower Gram fundraiser as a way to show your favorite school staff member(s) just how much you appreciate them. Whether it's a teacher, principal, custodian, cafeteria worker or someone else your child interacts with on a daily basis, a Flower Gram is sure to brighten their day. 

 

 

Flower Grams will be delivered to your child's teacher/staff member by Friday, February 13, 2026.
