Get ready for the King Elementary Ultimate Lion Challenge! This is a community-building event that also gives us the chance to raise money for our school.

On Friday, September 29th, all students will participate in a Ninja Warrior-inspired challenge emphasizing speed, strength, balance, agility, and FUN! Family and friends can support the school by pledging donations and cheering on their kids at the challenge.

Why are we raising money?
Your support allows the PTO to continue to fund many of the fantastic programs and events at our school. PTO funds are used to support field trips, community events like the Ice Cream Social, teacher appreciation activities, new library books, resources for the ASD program, the 5th grade moving-up ceremony and so much more! With your help, every child will benefit.

How do I get pledges?
Ask friends and family! Register your child at www.pledgestar.com/king and follow the simple registration steps. It takes just minutes to set up your child's fundraising page so that you can request pledges via email, text, and social media.

Prizes

Experience-based prizes will be awarded by grade

• 1st place - Pizza Party and Students vs. Staff Kickball Game

• 2nd place - Students vs. Staff Kickball Game

• 3rd place - Extra Recess

• If we meet our fundraising goal of $23,000, we will have a special surprise for the whole school!
